Success Rate
Most consider success rate as an important consideration when selecting an IVF clinic. Here at CARE, we believe it is important to provide patients with information and realistic expectations before deciding on a program.
Let's talk about rates:A success rate of around 30 - 45% may be considered as “low” when most likely people tend to think that couples not going through treatment have an almost 100% chance of conceiving within a few months. However, women in their early 30s without fertility issues have a 25-30% chance of pregnancy on a given month. Therefore, a 30-45% success rate doesn't seem bad at all. Keep this perspective in mind while also considering that the number of types of patients being average or "difficult" to manage as another factor when comparing success rates of clinics.
At CARE, despite treating more women with particularly complex fertility issues, we have a strong set of results and a history of success with poor prognosis patients.
Success rate is hugely dependent on personal and medical factors. We believe in treating each patient as an individual. It is best to know your own IVF success factor based on your age, how you respond to treatment, quality of sperm, health, weight and cause of infertility. These are factors in predicting any couple's chance of success and deliver live babies. Every couple is different.
One of our doctors will be able to go through these with you to give your personalized success rate, which is far more helpful and insightful for you.
